CIV Offshore & Shipping voert inspecties uit aan offshore kabelcarrousels

Eemshaven- CIV Offshore & Shipping biedt productie- en leveringsmogelijkheden van een breed scala netten, waaronder netten voor offshore kabelcarrousels.

Daarnaast biedt CIV Offshore & Shipping ook een inspectiedienst voor deze speciale veiligheidsnetten. Deze inspecties worden uitgevoerd op basis van NEN EN-1263-1 specificaties.

De veiligheidsnetten worden nog niet vaak gebruikt bij de offshore kabelcarrousels maar zal steeds meer van toepassing worden. Dit ook omdat hier mee de veiligheid wordt verhoogt.

CIV Offshore & Shipping biedt graag haar services aan bij het produceren, leveren, monteren, onderhouden en inspecteren van de carrouselnetten.

Eén van onze recente inspectieprojecten werd ter plaatse uitgevoerd bij kabelfabrikant NKT GmbH in Duitsland.

Een aantal netten werd geïnspecteerd op de staat van de materialen en op de volledige toepassing. Toevallig moesten we ook eén van onze eigen op maat gemaakte netten controleren.

Healthy Seas project
CIV Offshore & Shipping doet mee aan het Healthy Seas-project. Door de betrokkenheid bij Healthy Seas draagt CIVOS bij aan een duurzame manier om oude net-materialen te recyclen tot kleding, tapijt enz.

Voor dit doel verzamelen en helpt CIVOS bij het verwerken van de gebruikte materialen; klanten helpen met hun afvalprobleem en het milieu door te streven naar brede duurzaamheid.

Less well known may be CIV Offshore & Shipping’s inspection service for safety nets.

CIV Offshore & Shipping performs inspections on safety nets based on the NEN EN-1263-1 specifications.

One application of safety nets is found at offshore cable baskets. This application of safety nets is not yet of common use, however general safety awareness is getting better focus yet in this respect.

One of our recent inspection projects was executed on-site at cable manufacturer NKT GmbH in Germany.

A number of safety nets was inspected on the state of materials as well as on the complete application. Coincidently we had to check one of our own custom-made nets as well.

In addition to the above we like to point out our participation in the Healthy Seas project. By our involvement in Healthy Seas we contribute to a sustainable way of recycling old net-materials into clothing, carpets etc.

For this purpose we collect and help processing the used materials; serving clients with their waste issue and the environment by aiming for broad sustainability.
