Cargostore kondigde vandaag aan dat Paul Virgo als Global Operations Manager aan de slag gaat bij het bedrijf. Cargostore Worldwide, een toonaangevend leverancier van DNV 2.7-1 en ISO-gecertificeerde containers in Engeland en daarbuiten, heeft op dit moment te maken met groei. De functie van Global Operations Manager is dan ook een functie die nieuw gecreëerd is.
Virgo brengt een hoop technische kennis met zich mee en heeft 15 jaar ervaring in de olie- en gas- en logistieke sector. Zijn laatste functie als Chevron’s Shorebase Site Lead in Equatoriaal-Guinea en de kennis die hij daar heeft opgedaan is ook zeker van kostbare waarde voor Cargostore. Virgo hield hier toezicht op het verplaatsen van vracht, wisselen van bemanning en medische evacuaties van verschillende offshore-locaties.
Paul Virgo voegt zich bij het Cargostore-team dat opereert vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Londen en zal een integrale rol spelen bij de ontwikkeling van het bedrijf, het leveren van continue verbetering voor het operationele team en het wereldwijd bedienen van klanten, partners en leveranciers.

Paul Virgo Joins Cargostore Worldwide as Global Operations Manager
Cargostore Worldwide, the UK’s leading DNV 2.7-1 and ISO certified container provider announces the appointment of Paul Virgo to the role of Global Operations Manager, a new role within the expanding company.
Mr Virgo brings with him a wealth of technical knowledge and over 15 years of experience within the oil and gas, and logistics industries. In his most recent role as Chevron’s Shorebase Site Lead based in Equatorial Guinea, Virgo oversaw the movement of cargo, crew change and medical evacuation across various offshore locations.
Prior to working with Chevron, Virgo served as a Distribution and Logistics consultant specialising in delivery to remote sites for various projects, including working on behalf of the Government of Rwanda, NATO and multiple international suppliers.
Paul Virgo joins the Cargostore team operating out of their head office in London and will play an integral role in developing the company, delivering continuous improvement for the operations team and servicing clients, partners, and suppliers globally.
